The following changes were made to base ratings for production boats during recent meetings.  Ratings for custom boats and guest ratings are not included in this list.

L=Outrage - Beneteau First Class 10 Fractional - Phone call from J. Esposito stating boat has outboard, changed ISP and stripped boat.  Chesapeake PHRF certificate has A2002: Incr spin hoist from 37.45 to 39.3' (-3 sec/mi), 2000: [??] IB (1GM10, 8 hp, 168#) with OB (8 hp, 58#)@  -3 for ISP change, -6 for IB to OB change. 105 BEN C10 FR Mod -9
Rumours - Set at -3 last May. Letter from Chris Bouzaid in July, changed to 12. Never sent certificate to Mr. Woodhouse. Provisional change back to -3 until this meeting, for NYYC race week. -12 CTM 35 Base -6
