Other Business
Question from floor on whether different crew weights could be used for spinnaker and non-spinnaker ratings. The answer is no, as that would effectively be two certificates, which we don=t allow.

The US Sailing PHRF Newsletter has stated that on a 40' boat, replacing rod standing rigging with PBO could save as much as 100#. We may want to specifically mention in next years PHRF regulations that the committee must be advised if the standing rigging is changed to PBO.

The next meeting will be on May 11, 2006, 8PM, at the Larchmont Yacht Club. The meeting was adjourned at 10:23 PM.

Respectfully submitted,

Robert Kendrick
