The meeting was called to order at 8:00 by Chairman Mort Weintraub. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the minutes of the past meeting were not read.

Please note that the minimum crew weight is 720#. A number of boats were requesting credit for only 1 body less. Even on a small boat, the committee does not feel that small of a reduction warrants a credit.

Other Business
A letter was received from Scott Decker with some comments on how sails are measured under PHRF. Tabled until the November meeting.

The next meeting will be on April 10, 2008, 8PM, at the Larchmont Yacht Club. The meeting was adjourned at 9:26 PM.
