In the absence of chairman Mort Weintraub, the meeting was called to order by chairman pro tem Lincoln Schoenberger. Upon motion made, seconded and carried (MSC), the minutes of the April meeting were approved as distributed.

High Noon - custom Tripp 41. Further IRC optimization. IRC was 1.210 now 1.200. TPS was 6.04 now 6.99. Spinnaker pole removed. Asym area was 150 sw m., now 170 sq m. DR was 8.47 now 7.94'. DS didn=t change, ballast removed form keel and put in bilge. -15/-18 CTM 41 W/L -12

Tenacious - Beneteau 36.7. Replaced shoal draft keel with deep draft version earlier. Added 1" shoe to bring it into template spec. No change for now, but we want to see the IRC and ORR certificates. 84 BEN 36.7 No Change
